When you visit our website and use the contact form we collect the following data:

3. Purposes of Processing

• Respond to your inquiry and prepare a proposal.
• Communicate with you under a service contract.
• Ensure technical security of the site and prevent abuse.

• Cloudflare, Inc. (US/EU) — hosting, CDN, DDoS protection and DNS.
• Resend, Inc. (US) — email delivery of form submissions.
• Zone Media OÜ (Estonia) — domain registration.

6. International Transfers

Some Cloudflare and Resend servers are located outside the EU (notably in the US). Such transfers are made under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).

7. Retention Periods

• Contact form data: 24 months after the inquiry is closed.
• Client contract data: contract term + 7 years as required by the Estonian Accounting Act.
• Server logs: 12 months.
• Marketing consent: until withdrawn.

• Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Restriction of processing.
• Data portability.
