Terms of Service
Last updated: 28 September 2026
These terms govern your use of the biltech.ee website and the services provided by Biltech OÜ. By using the site you agree to these terms.
1. Parties
These terms are binding between Biltech OÜ (registry no. 17465795, Narva mnt 5, 10117 Tallinn, Estonia) and the visitor/customer of the website.
2. Our Services
Biltech offers software development, automation, AI integration, communication infrastructure, web/cloud solutions and technical consulting. We also develop and sell our own software products under brands such as Shipment Master (smp.biltech.ee), Easy Stacking Planner (esp.biltech.ee), Konnekt, Divit, DoDone, PantryPal, Iris and Says Here.
The terms of use and privacy policies for those products are published separately on their own websites and are independent of this document.
3. Contract Formation
For agency services, a contract is formed via a written Statement of Work (SoW) signed by both parties. Content on the website is informational and does not constitute a binding offer.
Requests submitted through the contact form are non-binding requests for an initial conversation.
4. Intellectual Property
- The content of biltech.ee (text, imagery, logo, code) is owned by Biltech OÜ and may not be reproduced without permission.
- Custom code developed for clients is transferred to the client upon full payment, unless stated otherwise in the written contract.
- License terms for our products (SMP, ESP, Divit, DoDone, PantryPal, Iris, Says Here, etc.) are set out in the respective product's own terms.
5. Customer Obligations
- You warrant that the information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.
- You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes.
- Automated scraping, reverse-engineering, DDoS attempts and similar abusive activity are prohibited.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
The website and its content are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, all express or implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability) are disclaimed.
For software delivered under a service contract, defects must be notified within 30 days of delivery, unless the specific contract provides otherwise.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Biltech's total liability is limited to the net fees paid under the Statement of Work giving rise to the claim during the preceding 12 months.
Biltech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (loss of profit, business interruption, data loss, etc.).
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tallinn courts (Harju Maakohus).
The parties commit to negotiating in good faith before initiating any dispute.
9. Changes
We may update these terms upon prior notice. The current version is always published on this page. Changes take effect from the date of publication.
