From the first commit it lives in your GitHub/GitLab org. No lock-in.
Weekly demo
Live demo at the end of each sprint. If we drift, we catch it early and turning back is cheap.
Fixed price preferred
If scope is clear, we quote a fixed price. If uncertainty is high, time-and-materials with a weekly cap.
No legacy resurrection
We don't revive PHP/jQuery monoliths — we either modernise or rewrite.
AI used with judgement
AI is not a silver bullet. Great for some flows, over-engineering for others.
Transparent hours
Under time-and-materials every hour is logged with a weekly report to you.
